BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPORT

The program provides a backpack and essential school supplies to low-income students who qualify. To accomplish its objectives, Back to School relies on the support of various churches, local service agencies, businesses and caring individuals to provide funds or to purchase school supplies.

More than 300 area children benefited from the efforts in 2012. Thanks to community partners such as UJA-Federation of New York, Long Island Cares, local parishes, and generous individual donors.
